Brief Answer:
For the description no chance of HIV

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You have two thing running in mind
1) Source of infection
2) If the infection is HIV.
While the former is beyond a scope of our discussion with the minute details available, the scope of HIV as the cause of this fever is minimal or negligible.
To confirm this you can test for ELISA for HIV. THis erases your doubts which could be unnecessary at this time.
Now coming to the fever it is difficult to discuss fever of unknown origin here. If your physical doctor who has complete access to your profile could not find you should try at a different centre with better reputation for diagnosis. There are rarer causes like Brucella, Leptospira infection and some autoimmune diseases which can cause fever.
So the next step is get ELISA for HIV with the help of your doctor and erase your doubts.
