Question: my daughter 1.4 yrs old she repeatedly suffering from fever, cold and cough from several months. after blood and serology report we understand she has infection inside. please review attached reports and advise next steps.

Some children have a propensity to catch cold. This propensity comes down with increase in age.
Usually these are caused due to viral infections.

I have gone carefully through the attached reports. C-Reactive protein (CRP) indicates presence of some infection or inflammatory reaction to be present in the body. Although the blood counts are not suggestive of any bacterial infection, I would still insist on getting it treated with antibiotics.

Usually we suggest admission so that intravenous antibiotics may be administered. But before that I would suggest you to get a quantitative measurement of CRP done so that the effect of treatment with antibiotics can be monitored. Alongside, examination of the chest and throat are also essential.
