What Causes Recurring Balanitis?

Question: i am suffering from balanitis, I am using clotrimazole, when I use this medicine topically for 2 to 3 days the problem will go off but after a week it will re occur , what should I do, what is the best medicine for the same. kindly suggest

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have recurrent infection of glans penis (Ballanitis).

Recurrent infection of glans penis is very common amongst diabetic individuals,

Get your blood sugar levels estimated to rule out diabetes.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.

I can ask other problems, if so
I am 45 old, I am physically strong, but i am sexually weak, I have been suffering from ed and premature ejaculation, I have been using sildenafil and dopaxetein, with this medication my problem is solving, pls. suggest me how to become sexually strong with taking above said medication

Thanks for query.

You seem to have problem of Psychogenic erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation,Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Continue taking Sildenafil and Dapoxetin on demand for couple of months and gradually try to wane these medicines I think it will regain your sexual potency
