Brief Answer:
Differential like cellulitis which is superficial

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case and photo.

I would like to give differential like cellulitis which is superficial skin infection.
Another possibility can be skin allergic eruption.

You may need blood investigation along with clinical examination for early management.
As per blood reports you can start medication.
You may need to take anti-allergen or anti-inflammatory,
Take neurotropic medication and tab cetrizine till time consulting your doctor.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
