Brief Answer:
A photo is needed and following information. ..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

1. A photo of the pimples is needed for further evaluation and a more specific treatment.

2. From what you are describing, if you niticed the pimples recently, then I need to know if you have had cold/flu like symptoms recently.

If yes, then the pimples might be due cold sores.
Otherwise, infected hair root of that area is to consider.

3. For the moment, I advise to :
- keep good local hygiene
- wash with warm water and soap
- dry it well
- apply betadine locally

If you notice white dots on their head can apply warm compresses to help pus come out.

If cold sores, do not apply anything for a few days. If it will get worse, can apply antiviral ointment locally.

Hope it was of help!
