Brief Answer:
Possible Varicose veins? Need Confirmation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concerns.

I have worked through your query and attached reports in detail.

This probably represents ankle/lower leg varicosities.

This condition is a disorder of the leg veins, where veins get twisted and blood is pooled in them causing discomfort.

This condition needs to be confirmed through an early Duplex Doppler Ultrasound of both lower limbs.

Further management if any(medical vs surgical) is based on the test results.

Get the test and update me with test results.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
