Brief Answer:
It could be due to Chronic UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have history of repeated episodes of UTI,Cystitis vaginal infection that is not responding to use of antibiotics .

This is due to fact that any infection once becomes chronic in nature the bacterial flora change their nature and sensitivity pattern to antibiotics very frequently making it non responsive to antibiotics .In such situation it is always advisable to do culture and sensitivity of urine or vaginal secretions repeatedly to find out the organisms and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.so that infection can be brought under control by taking appropriate antibiotic.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
