What Causes Reccurence Of Balanitis Infection?

Question: Hi doc, im having problem with my penis XXXXXXX
2 month back im infected by balanitis but the inflamation is cure after 2-3 days but doc asked me to continue the daktacort cream for 2 week.but 8-9 days back i masturbate and i found that the inflamation is bk and i apply the cream again and it also cure(i think) , and last sunday im have sex with my wife and after sex my XXXXXXX seem like turn to inflammation, and i decided go to urologist again, and this new urologist said i shouldn't apply the daktakort cream coz is not a good cream, and he give me an oral antibiotic avelox(moxifloxacin).today is 2nd day i took the antibiotic,i think it is getting better. Why i can get the imflammation? I mostly have sex only with my wife..ive attached a picture...is it serious? Accordingly to the doc it os only mild inflammation

I think the balanitis caused transmission of germs to your wife's vagina where they stayed without producing symptoms. The cream you used suppressed the inflammation but didn't kill germs ,which have come back so the situation has improved with antibiotics . I suggest your wife should also take antibiotic for 5 days to prevent recurrence.

Thanks for your reply doc..does my XXXXXXX look bad?according to my doc he said daktacort will my skin thinning and dry..do i need to bring my wife to doc for checking 1st before she taking the same antibiotic with me..the antibiotic that i mention to you just now is it a strong medicion?

Doc, before i took the antibiotic im applying the daktacort..now skin on my XXXXXXX seem like peeling..is it normal? And after i took the antibiotic i feel sleepy is it normal?

Doc, imflammation like this is it std?according to my doc here.he said is balanitis its normal for uncircumcision men.
