Question: I have a skin rash on both legs from using Comfort Bath wash cloths which have just been recalled due to possible microbial contamination (B.cepacia). Do I need to seek treatment or will it just go away?

Brief Answer:
Skin rash from Comfort Bath Wash clothes

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You are concerned about possible infection from using Comfort Bath Wash cloths. there was a voluntary recall of the product when it was discovered that the product may have been contaminated with B. cepacia. This infection is most dangerous to those who are immune deficient or hospitalized. If you are in good health then this will not affect you. If you are immune compromised I would recommend you be seen by your medical provider. If not then the desonide cream should help resolve the rash.
