Brief Answer:
Pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy most probably

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HCM...

I read history provided by you. You have 32 weeks pregnancy and you developed rash on abdomen along stretch marks, hands and legs. The face is not involved. You may be having mild to severe itching. Such history clinches the the diagnosis of pruritic urticarial papules and plaques of pregnancy.

In this condition there may be intensely pruritic urticarial plaques and papules with or without erythematous patches of papules and vesicles. And the rash first appears on the abdomen, often along the striae and may involves extremities; but, face usually is not affected.

You have to keep patience,as the condition resolves gradually even after exhaustive treatment.

I would suggest...

- antihistaminics like levocetirizine 5 to 10 mg daily at night

- steroids like methyl prednesolone in tappering dose for few weeks ..as
8 mg thrice a day for 5 days, then twice a day for five days, then once a day for five days, then one on alternate day for ten to twenty days.. Under doctors observation

- apply steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions

- avoid soap bath, dettol liquid diluted in water may be used for bath

- have patience..avoid anxiety and take rest

I hope this would improve your condition. However, you consult the dermatologist.

Thanks.
