What Causes Rashes On Penis Glans Post Oral Sex?
Question: I had a oral sex with a massage center lady on 1st April 2016. later after 2 weeks I am seeing some rash on my inner skin of penis. There was rash type scars developed during oral itself. Not sure what it is . Consulted my doctor and has given some medicines. After having medicines for couple days now but i can see infection on my glans penis now. Once I clean it in morning i can even see blood stains on glans penis and skin that covers glans penis.
I am worried about teh blood stains i see on glans penis and on rashes.
My doctor says its just and infection. I tested for hsv 1 & 2 igg/igm. both came negative. I want to take second opinion if my doctor diagnosis is right or he is missing something. Kindly let me know.

I have gone through your query and pictures. It looks like combined fungal and bacterial infection. Avoid washing with soaps and irritants as this can increase the irritation. Using triple action creams like panderm plus containing anti fungal (terbinafine) antibacterial (ofloxacn & ornidazole) and corticosteroid (clobetasol) for local application will be helpful.
If you tested HSV 1 and 2 after one month then it is most unlikely the cause. Swab for gonorrhea and chlamydia should be done also. VDRL test for syphilis also should be carried out. I also recommend 1 week doxycycline therapy in such case as it covers all these infections.

Seeing my sympthoms do you think its gonorrhea and chlamydia. The foreskin rashes seems to be healing but at the same time rashes on glans penis is increasing, again getting some blood from them in morning.
What you would suggest ?

Tab Azee (500 mg ) (0-0-1) before dinner.
Fusilan B cream (1-0-0)
Tab euzoflam ( 0-1-0)
Tab Antarax 10 mg ( 0-0-1) after dinner
My doc is of the view that these will heal in 5-7 days. After I insisted he gave medicines as above. Do you think above medicines are enough and I will be healed ?
4. Please explain me about doxycycline therapy. If this is generic for all infections and
if this can help me. Any medicine name I can buy from pharma.
5. I have a planned piles stapler surgery May end. I want to check if I can go ahead with surgery or hold on till this infection is healed. Please help.

1. There is urine test for gonorrhea and chlamydia if you are unable to do swab. This is nucleic acid amplification test for gonorrhea and chlamydia. Such symptoms can be present in chlamydia and gonorhea also. That is why I advise you to test these.
2. Syphilis is also a sexually transmitted disease. There can be mucous patches and rashes in genitals in syphilis also but are usually painless. So it is better to rule out syphilis by doing VDRL blood test.
3. Azee (azithromycin) which you are taking is effective for these three. but some times there can be resistance and in such case change to doxycycline can be done. Complete the present dosage of azithromycin and have a review with your doctor.
But fusilan B cream is not that effective for fungal infections. So I would suggest panderm plus which is more effective.
4. Doxycycline is a prescription antibiotic. It is given for 1 week for these. If there is no improvement with azithromycin then you can approach your doctor for this.

I would like to add some more points here.

Now I am applying both alternately, i.e one in morning and one in night. Is this approach effective ? However with EUMOSONE-M I am feeling burning sensation.
After applying FUSILAN - B in night and after seeing my penis at morning, it seems to be healing.
Its over a week I am taking these medicines and applying cream. What is the rough duration within which we expect total healing ?
If the symptoms are recurring or getting worse, then should i see another doctor ? Pls advise.
