Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
It is not clear for how long you are having the lesions and the real picture of lesions.
It may be due to dermatitis caused due to the material used in support or due to fungal infections as both have itching .
These are unlikely to be linked to your disease.
Calamine will help to dry lesions if it is oozing/watering.
Please avoid the support used. Please wear cotton loose clothes.
Please send photos of lesions .
You can consult doctor for diagnosis.
The treatment differs in either of cases.
I will try to help you with details.
Thank you
Dr Bharatesh

Sir,
Thank you for kind enough to reply my query.

Its look like Ash colored skin of inner theigh near groins with outer skin having tiny bubble size blisters. But it is not oozing, only itching. I upload the photos of the area for your review. Usually patches of ash color skin in inner theigh area will come to me in every winter. This time it is happened after surgery with high intensity.

I noticed the skin rashes one week after discharged from hospital. I asked the urologist who treated me about it. He asked me to consult Dermatologist. That's why I consult in this portal. After reviewing the pictures of the affected skin area I sent, kindly advice medication to apply there.

Thanking you,

sir,
I uploaded the skin areas between theigh and groin.

First I noticed that rashes in 17th XXXXXXX 2014. On my medical rep. friend's advice, I applied CALADRYL LOTION for the past one week. After that I get some relief from itching. But the rashes and bubbles stay there.

Please advice medication for external use & internal take if necessary.

Yours sincerely

Sir
Thanks for the guidance. Is terbinafine a generic name. Is there any brand name available for this one to ask in pharmacy?
One more thing. For this fungal infection, is external treatment is enough?.
Or whether I have to take antibiotics or any other, internally?
Kindly advice.

Sincerely XXXXXXX
