What Causes Rash With Red Bumps On Stomach?

Question: I had unprotected sex about 3 weeks ago and now I have developed a non itchy rash on my stomach. The rash is round flat marks with some tiny red bumps. Could I be hiv postive?

Thank you for query. I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering your query.
All Intercourses do no lead to HIV.The chances of HIV transmission by intercourse is 1/200 to /1000 even if partner is positive.
The description of lesion given is non specific and will not suggest HIV.
It may be fungal infection or eczema or allergy or else.
Please send details like duration,symptoms, any other disease, treatment taken, investigation reports if any etc.
Please send clear photos of lesion for clarification.
