What Causes Rash Behind My Ears?

Question: I have been having skin problems for the last few weeks. First i had growths on fingers, soles of my feet and toes, then deep lumps on the soft side of both thumbs, now a rash behind my ears spreading to my scalp neck and chest. Im a 44 year old woman with no known health problems
