Question: I had unprotected sex this morning with a guy I'm dating, and during and afterwards I had raised red bumps on my inner thigh. I just wanted to make sure that these didn't look like an STD.

Detailed Answer:
thanks so much for the pictures, they really help me understand the problem. what you have appears to be a skin sensitivity reaction to something, and does not look like an std. there aren't any std's that I can think if that would cause that pattern. it may have been a reaction to a lotion or a perfume or a soap or some other product. it may also be just due to sweat and irritation which can often happen in that area. I would recommend using a topical steroid like hydrocortisone if the itching gets worse, and keep the area dry as much as possible, also wear loose fitting clothing so that air gets to it and it doesn't remain damp. I hope this helps. if it gets worse or doesn't resolve after a few days see your doctor. you should also consider std testing since you are having unprotected sex, though I still don't think this is an std. feel free to ask me if you have any more questions.
