Brief Answer:
Streptococcus infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the attached reports. You have raised ESR, Eosinophils and a raised ASO titre. These findings are suggestive of active infection with streptococcus. If you have a joint pain associated with it then it is indicative of rheumatic fever.
Detection of ASO antibody in blood is useful in the diagnosis of recent infection.
As this infection can cause many complications in various organs of the body your doctor has started you with the antibiotic specific for streptococcus- Penicillin. Even if you have the antibiotic earlier you need it now also as your ASO titres are raised. You are getting the right treatment. Please doi not worry.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
