Brief Answer:
It can be nerve compression in the neck

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir,
it looks to me that you are having cervical spondylosis . It is due to disc herniation in the neck. It is causing nerve compression in the neck leading to pain in right arm and neck.
I would suggest you to get x ray of the neck to confirm the diagnosis.
I have following suggestions to you for this till you get your X ray.
1. Avoid using very high pillow and keeping your neck in same position for long time like watching TV or laptop.
2. Wear soft cervical collar .
3. Neck muscle physiotherapy and traction exercises.
4. Take Pregabalin and Methylcobal after discussing with your doctor.
5. Apply voletran ointment at neck.
I hope these measures will help you. Let me now if you want to ask any followup questions.
Thanks.
