What Causes Radiating Pain Behind The Ankle And Below The Calf?

default
Posted on Wed, 27 Apr 2016
Question: I've had intense cramping that radiates from behind my ankle to just below my calf at night. Only placing my feet flat on the floor or walking seems to help. Could this be my Peroneus longus tenndon? I am not athletic, but I am active.
Is there a treatment you could suggest? What is the cause?

Brief Answer:
Cramps are due to lack of salt and calcium

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think you are having cramps at night time. This is due to following causes.
1.Lack of B 12 and calcium
2.LAck of salt in body
3.Low temperature at room.
I would suggest you to drink glass of water with pics of salt at the time of sleeping or when you have cramps. You will be immediately relieved. Also get your B 12 and vitamin D 3 check up. If there is any low values then you need to take Methylcobal daily. Also if there is low D 3 then 60000 unit vitamin D 3 needs to be taken per week for six weeks. Take calcium 1000mg daily for six months.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
