In my opinion it is a hair follicle infection, as this is the most common cause for such bumps. It is generally staphylococcus infection. It will require a course of antibiotic for three to five days. Penicillin group (if you are not allergic to it) is a good choice for such infections. Since antibiotics are prescription medicines, get it prescribed by your GP. Also take painkillers as bump even if it is small are very painful in this area.

However let me inform you that the area where you have this bump is called danger area of face. This area is connected to brain through sinuses. So don't touch or press this bump frequently. Bacteria from this bump may reach brain and can cause brain infections.
