Posted on Mon, 2 Jan 2017
Question: Sometimes I have a purple jelly discharge, what would cause this? I'm 42, been with the same partner for the last 17 years and in good health. My periods have always been irregular though.dk

Brief Answer:
Any odor? Any pains?

Detailed Answer:
HI,

If there is no odor or no pain, then there is probably no reason to worry. However, repeated douching can cause small bleedings that can stain the secretions pinkish. Note that jelly like secretions are common during ovulation.

I hope to hear back from you!

Brief Answer:
Douce=Cleansing teh vaginal?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Is douce to you a drug or the act of introducing the finger into the vaginal for douching purposes? Am afraid we are not referring to the same thing. Kindly clarify me on this.

Thanks!
