Question: From last two days I am having pulsating headache on the back side of the head. Its irritating me a lot. The pain is not intense but its irritating . Please suggest something.

Hi,

I see you have had migraine headaches in the past. In the background of past migraine headache, the current headache may be related to the same chronic migraine. Since it is not a severe ache, you can try 650mg paracetamol tablets. It is available as Tab Dolo 650mg. You can use this tablet thrice a day if necessary.

I would be concerned if the headache persists for couple of days more. Should the pain persists, please visit a doctor. You need to be evaluated for possible infection / cervical spine issue.
