What Causes Puffy Fluid Filled Sacs On The Penis After Double By-pass Surgery?

Question: i am recovering from a double by-pass operation,2.5 weeks ago took a shower this morning and noticed some puffy fluid (filled) sacs on my penis just below the head. not painful at all but never seen anything like this.

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have developed fluid filled sacs on under surface of glans penis after CABG surgery .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Were you catheterized for long time after surgery ?
2) Was your foreskin retracted for a long time while the catheter was placed in ?
3) Is it possible to upload photograph of your penis ?

Consult your treating surgeon for clinical assessment .You may need to get the vesicles punctured or drained .

Taking antibiotics like Augmentin twice daily along with anti inflammatory medications like Diclofenac twice daily with tropical antibiotic Neosporin for local application will help to resolve the issue .
