Brief Answer:
Need to go to ER.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have not passed urine since last 12 hours and have pain in loin .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Did you consume adequate water ?
2) Do you feel that your bladder is full of urine ?
3) Do you have urge to pass urine ?..

The pain in back with retention of urine could be due to presence of stone in lower part of Ureter. However this can be confirmed by clinical assessment and ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.

Please go to ER and get following basic tests done
1) Routine urine tests
2) Ultrasound scanning
3) CT Scan of abdomen (If Required).

You need to empty your bladder by catheterization and take antibiotics and pain killers to get relief from agony.

Further treatment will depend upon the final diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
