Brief Answer:
Seems to be stress; OR, anxiety related. Please consult a Psychiatrist!!!!

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for consulting and your trust in HCM means a lot to me as a Physician.
I have completely reviewed your health query, and well realize all those concerns. Being your physician, I will take care all of them today and will extend my expertise to solve the problems.

Such kind of manifestations of disease symptoms are mainly due to Anxiety disorder (keeping in mind that you don't have major illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune disease like Lupus, Multiple sclerosis etc).

Plan of action:-
It will simply be effective, if you make an appointment with your Primary care Physician for thorough evaluation. Ask him to rule out any major disease after complete investigations. Ask to rule out any peripheral neuropathy as Pins and needles are actually a form of pain sensations that are misfired without actual pain stimulus and are due to damage to the peripheral nerves. It may be caused by diseases like diabetes, and viral infection of the nerves. But you have very vast areas of distribution for these symptoms which makes this diagnosis to be less likely. But your Physician needs to evaluate it though.

Then if appropriate, your primary care physician will refer you to a Psychiatrist for proper in-person evaluation for the anxiety disorder (most probable diagnosis). He is the professional expert trained to treat such cases with success. I am sure you will get very beneficial and positive results after acting upon the advice of your Psychiatrist.

Hope I answered all of your queries. Let me know if you have further clinical concerns or doubts. I will be more than happy to get back to you. Please don't forget to give 'Five star rating' (if agreed) to help me assist patients in a better way; and, please don't forget to click on 'Close This Discussion'.
For any disease you have, a timely follow-up is necessary regarding the treatment efficacy and to see if there is a need to change the treatment options. So keep a follow up to see how you doing (Always write down my name in start of your questions at this forum & I will be with you in no time).
