Brief Answer:
Symptoms probably related to primary infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Tension type headaches, dizziness, weakness etc. may be symptoms of infection, especially in the setting of fever, so, since you are dealing already with an infection of urinary tract, this is the most possible explanation.

Correct treatment of the primary infection should result in regression of other symptoms too.

If these symptoms persist after a week or two after successful treatment of the infection, other conditions such sinusitis, etc. should be taken in consideration and head CT scan may be necessary to understand better your condition.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Kind regards.
