Brief Answer:
Please give additional information

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
To recapitulate: Male/30 - feeling pressure - left lower abdomen - at elbow level - not painful - not tender - 2 weeks - allergic to dairy - a bit overweight - clear annual check ups.

From the short history this looks to be:
- Swelling in colon called colitis- you have a history of allergy to dairy products hence can have allergies to few more things you will have to explore for.
- Hydronephrosis if gradual can give the same feeling of fullness or feeling pressure.

Please give additional history:
- Any symptoms related to urinary tract or gastrointestinal tract at present or in past.
- Any other symptoms which you may feel related or unrelated, please post all.

Your feedback will help me more to assist you better.
