What Causes Pressure In Upper Chest While On Verapamil?

Question: Pressure feeling in upper chest, goes away with a sip of cold water, should I be concerned. Had this before, ten years ago. I am on Verapimil for heart flutter.

What you are reporting seems like paroxysmal supra ventricular tachycardia which is a benign tachycardia and you shouldn't worry about it. In most of the cases vagal manoeuvre including sipping cold water terminate tachycardia.
