Brief Answer:
Possible Orthostatic hypotension

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam

I can certainly understand your concern.

You possibly seem to have orthostatic or postural hypotension that is contributing to your falls.

I advise you to get your blood pressure checked both in sitting and supine position for at least 3 times in a week to come to a diagnostic conclusion.

Alternatively tilt table testing will also help.

As of late, you hurt your neck and that seems to be painful, it's important to get an X-ray cervical spine at the earliest to rule out spinal cord trauma.

Correction of this postural hypotension will help to prevent the fainting spells.

I generally prescribe oral pills of Fludrocortisone for 2 weeks for a symptomatic improvement.

Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
