Brief Answer:
Eustachian tube block...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The symptoms described by you could be related to the blockage of Eustachian tube (the tube connecting nose and the ear). Do not worry! This may not be a consequence of cocaine ingestion.

My suggestions to you are:
1. Stop cocaine ingestion at the earliest.
2. Do steam inhalation 2-3 times a day to relieve the blockage of Eustachian tube.
3. Use saline nasal spray for effective nasal decongestion.
4. Drink plenty of warm water.
5. Avoid chilled food and beverages/coffee/fizzy drinks.
6. If the symptoms persist consult your doctor for a complete evaluation and management.

Hope I have answered your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
