Brief Answer:
don't worry if he is active playful will improve

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
Don't worry.
How is your baby? Is he active and playful? How many times does he pass urine every day? Does he sleep well inbetween feeds?
If he is active, sleeping well between feeds and passing urine atleast 8 times per day, then it indicates he is getting enough milk.
Babies demand for milk varies everyday. Somedays they drink more to meet nutritional demand. This demand is not constant and keeps changing every few days.

If not passing urine well as mentioned above, then
There could be many reasons for not taking feed
A) improper attachment to breast. Babies mouth should engulf nipped and most of areola so they are sucking effectively.
B) less liquid intake by mother, try increasing all liquids.
C) avoid stress, feed in dark room with some music to be peaceful.

Wishing your baby good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
