Question: I notice a pollip (spl?) in my anal entrance. Is this this something that needs immediate attention ?

Considering your age of 74 anything abnormal should be clinically evaluated by a General Surgeon by per-rectal examination- proctoscopy and colonoscopy to see the exact cause.
Such a polyp may be due to prolapsing hemorrhoid, benign polyp or a malignant one.
Proper diagnosis and further investigations like CT scan may be needed and the treatment be planned according to the diagnosis hence made.
