Question: I've been experiencing occasional pinching on the left side of my chest. It comes and goes - has been happening the last few weeks. Is this a big concern?

If your complaints are not connected with physical activity, most likely they have neuromuscular origin, and there is nothing to be concerned.
In this case you can take Ibuprofen for 3-5 days and it will disappear.
If your symptoms are clearly related to physical activity, I would advise you to see a cardiologist and undergo examinations, such as ECG, stress test to exclude cardiovascular problems.
