Brief Answer:
Gastritis and dyspepsia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for choosing this forum to post your query.
Have gone through your details and i appreciate your concerns.

As per your narration most likely cause of your symptoms appears to be severe gastritis and dyspepsia.Inflammation of the stomach is also known as acute gastritis. Possible causes and habits that could lead to acute gastritis include medications, some pain medicines that can harm the lining and walls of the stomach; the excessive consumption of alcohol; drinking alcohol, coffee, tea, and lemon juice on an empty stomach; and eating hot foods. When hot foods enter into injured areas of the stomach, the stomach lining and the interior walls slow or stop altogether the flow of blood in the stomach walls, causing reddening, irritation, reflex vomiting, severe nausea and in some cases bleeding. All of this can gradually lead to chronic ulcers.
The following may cause gastritis as well:

H. pylori (Helicobacter pylori) - It is a bacteria living in the stomach lining. Without treating it, there may be ulcer formation and in extreme cases stomach cancer.
Bile reflux - Bile backflow in the stomach through the biliary tract (connecting the gallbladder and liver)
Bacterial and viral infections
There might be a lot of blood loss and chances of getting stomach cancer increase if gastritis is untreated.

Test suggeste are-
Upper endoscopy- Esophagus and gut would be seen by a scope.
Stool test- It is done to check for blood in the stool, to rule out gastritis.

Treatment

Here are the treatments for gastritis:

Take antacids(Mucaine gel) and drugs which reduce the stomach’s acid (like proton-pump inhibitors) like neksium 80 mg twice daily.
Take zofran 4mg thrice daily( for nausea)
Avoid spicy and hot foods
For H. pylori induced gastritis, a doctor might prescribe few antibiotics along with an acidity regulator

If possible get youself admitted and get proper treatment in form of injectables.

Thanks.
