It reappeared 2 weeks later but lower on my forehead on the same side. It kept coming and going for about 2 months then it came back after a months of not having any swelling. Then 3 days ago it came back just above my right eye. the next day it came out a little bit farther to the right above my eye. And today it's on the side of my right eye. It usually goes down around 6 pm. Anything I can do about it.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Read the history and understood your concerns.
This is classical presentation of a condition called angioedema or angioneurotic edema and I would suggest you the following:
Since the exact cause is not known, the treatment is always empirical.
You are already taking antihistamine and is a correct thing to do.
Please get your blood and stool tests done.
Occasionally the worms in the intestines can be cause hence a dose of medicine for worms is given.
If the blood sugar is normal a single oral shot of steroid helps to get a control soon.
