Question: persistant soft bowel movements--not under conscious control
I also have lymphoma and had a CAT scan Monday. Reaction? XXXX!

You need to alternately contract and relax your pelvic floor muscles (the way you try to shut your anal sphicter tightly, and then relax). You need to do it in sets of 10 multiple times a day.
