Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation and antihistamine drugs...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

How long have you been suffering?
Do you have fever or headache? If yes, how severe

I would recommend the following measures:
1. Steam inhalation 3-5 times a day.
2. Antihistamine medication like tab levocetrizine 5mg twice daily
3. Saline nasal spray (nasomist spray) to be used whenever you feel clogged nose.
4. Keep yourself warm and hydrated.
5. Plenty of fluids, fruits and vegetables will help.

If symptoms worsen or if you develop fever, please contact your doctor.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
