I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
Even after treatment most of the cases wont get relief immediately and it takes so much time. Taking antihistaminics pills at night and hydrocortisone cream on the rash will decrease your symptoms. As you are still facing with the problem you need to consult a dermatologist in my opinion for further examination. Try to change all the cloths and blankets you are using right now wash them and keep them in a plastic bag. You can even take hydrocortisone injection in severe cases after consulting your doctor.

but what is it I can see them I can even pull them from out my hand its not scabies its gotten worse since treatment they are multiplying fast

In my opinion it is completely a parasitic infection and you need some anti parasitic drug treatment to cure it. There are so many infections like Loa loa, ticks,lice which causes such burrows and as you have described you can even pull them out.
