Hello . Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
As per details, there are following possibilities for your symptoms :
1 ) Folliculitis/ Furunculosis : it is bacterial infection of skin involving the hair follicle and surrounding areas. It is characterised by red colored painful bumps which respond to topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin 2 percent . In severe cases, oral antibiotics are also given.
2) Tinea corporis : it is fungal infection of skin characterised by itchy red scaly rash.
For treatment, topical antifungals like clotrimazole cream and tablet fluconazole are advised.
Both of these conditions may aggravate on sweating.
Kindly upload the photos of the affected area so that I can visualize and help you to my best.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
