Question: Hlo sir my mother met an spinal cord injury on D-12 .she had a screw fixation on 4 aptil 2017 and on bed till now.our problem is her continue spine pain ..pls advice

Localized pain can be present post operatively too.
Drugs like pregabalin, gabapentin or amitriptyline can be used for neural pain.
The doses may be increased gradually.
Pain killers drugs like aceclofenac, etoricoxib or Tapentadol can be used too.
