Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
You have an Irritable Bowel Syndrome ( IBS) in addition to the GERD.
These problems call for healthy eating of wholesome food, avoid spices, acidic foods , beverages with caffeine, fizzy drinks and alcohol. Your last meal/drink should be at least 2 hours before bed time so that you go to bed with an empty stomach. Also you should follow a healthy life style with at least 30 minutes of exercise and practise stress relieving measures like yoga, meditation or relaxation techniques.
Your blood being positive for rheumatoid factor without you having any symptoms is not a cause for concern. Certain people have it positive and are not ill. Have you had ANA done ?
You can take a Proton Pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole and take Metoclopramide at night which would help relieve your symptoms.
Take Care
