Brief Answer:
Possibility of nerve compression

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Compression of nerve for long duration like sitting cross leg or sleeping on hand may lead to such weakness which is usually transient and recovers on its own.
Is there any prolonged weakness or sensory loss, headache, loss of consciousness, seizures?
For releif you can take vitamin B 12 supplementation.
Avoid compression.
Get nerve conduction studies if symptoms recurrent and progressive.
Visit to a neurologist may help with detailed examination too.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
