What Causes Persistent Lightheadedness Post Anaphylactic Shock?

Question: I am a physiotherapist. I had an anaphylactic shock 2 weeks ago, recovered on that day in Emerg well. However ever since I experience light headedness on a scale of 0-10 : ~ 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 so I can pursue my daily activities, but I am not exactly myself. My blood pressure has not been low.

I have studied your case. Light headache is quite common following stress or fever. It can be due to weakness. I would suggest you following.
1. Tablet Etorixoxib one daily
2. Tablet Gabapin NT one daily.
3. Avoid stress and watching TV for long time. Even if this headache continues then you need to check your blood pressure and vision.

I never watch TV. The stress was now 2 weeks ago.
