Brief Answer:
Please provide more information and Co side these guidelines

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I share your concern for hair loss and I will definitely help out in best possible way.

Stress, hormones and hereditary factors are important causes for hair loss along with low iron, zinc and thyroid disease.

Here I would like further information to guide you better like
Are you losing hair all over from the head or specifically from frontal and Crown region of the scalp?
Do you smoke?
Are you having headache or migraine problem?

Tugain 10% is better than 5% as it causes faster hair growth, it should be applied for initial 2 months and then it can be switched over to 5% again and use it for at least 6 months.

Finastride is a useful drug especially in androgenic alopecia due to hormonal derangement, but it causes various side effects like low sex drive so it's better that you are not using it any longer.

In my opinion you should take multivitamin and minerals supplements like iron and zinc and other trace elements.
you can take follihair which contains biotin, useful for hair growth.
Don't change shampoo frequently.

I would advise you to go for blood test like hemoglobin, CBC, serum ferritin and iron level, liver function test and thyroid function test to rule out other reasons for hair fall.
Please write back to me with all the details I have asked for, so that I will be able to guide you even more precisely.
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
You should continue finasteride

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for the details
Since you are losing hair from frontal and Crown region so you are having androgenic alopecia, finasteride will definitely help in your case but it is a prescription based drug and you will be requiring a dermatologists prescription to get this medicine.

Iron zinc and biotin rich foods are green leafy vegetables, fruits and jaggery, egg meat and fish.
you can take follihair for biotin and multivitamin supplements like Zevit or becosules.

You should use tugging 10% twice daily to applied at hair roots.
Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to discuss further
