Question: My question is that nowadays I m feeling so much tired
Getting angry very often
Feeling very much tired at half of my day
What could be the reasons

May be nutritional deficieny

Hello XXXX

Feeling tiredness could be due to Nutritional deficiency.

May be because of tiredness you are getting angry often.

Vitamin D and B12 deficiency can cause tiredness

I suggest you get blood test done like to rule our deficiencies. And also get calcium test done.

Meanwhile I suggest you take multivitamin medications once a day after lunch.

Eat fresh fruits and healthy diet to get energy.
Drink fresh fruit juices and plenty of water.
Eat small amounts of food multiple times. Eat nuts and fruits.
