Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description, infectious diarrhea is unlikely. If there was blood in stool, leukocytosis on blood counts accompanied by fever and tenesmus then antibiotics should have been considered.

For the time being, fluid replacement with isotonic fluids should be the priority. Fluid and Electrolyte balance should be maintained especially with regards to potassium. Hypokalemia can occur with excessive loss in diarrhea and supplementation can be done.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
