Brief Answer:
Gastrointestinal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms indicate some gastrointestinal infection. As this lasts for 3 days now, you should consult your doctor. It seems that an antibiotic is necessary. Especially if there is any blood or mucus in the stool.
The back pain can be associated with the current infection as you may have also kidney infection due to dehydration. Lipoma on the back rarely causes back pain. Only if its large, can give some discomfort when lying down. But for sure not when standing.

Please do not wait with it. Consult your doctor as soon as possible.

In a meanwhile avoid any solid foods. Drink plenty of water. Start probiotic intake.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
