What Causes Persistent Constipation, Fatigue And Abdominal Pain?
Question: I had constipation for 4 days, frontal headache, fatigue, sweats, used an enema. Now I have alternating fever and chills, focal pain in upper right quadrant of the abdomen, worse frontal headache and eye pain, heavy head, no constipation, thirst, malaise. I am concerned about the right abdominal pain. Worse when I bend over or turn on my left side.

Intially you should go for an ultrasound abdomen to rule out appendicitis.
A stool test should be done to see anh protozoal or bacterial infection.
However initially inflammation of appendix should be ruled out,
