The pain is located on the right side if my chest more towards the centre of the chest. It pains to move like i said when turning in bed and twisting. It did start a while ago, and hasnt gotten any worse but it just stays there and hasnt gone away. I dint get tenderness or pressure as such. I dont have flu. I do have anxiety but this started before i had started getting anxiety. Its not there if i am just sat around still. I do sometimes get brief short pain in my ribs, bone pain in my tibias of my legs, pain in my fingers and hands that comes and goes. I dont know if this is related at all. A lot of the time i can get quite breathless and feel the need for a deep breath.

When i rotate my shoulders really fast i can hear a strange noise almost sounds like a machine being worked up? Im not sure what this is. Are these things you have listen above serious?
Brief Answer:
Not serious unless proved otherwise
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
No, they're not serious but troublesome and needs proper clinical assessment and management.
Noises from any joints can be due to many reasons.
The physiological cause is due to the formation of many very small bubbles in the synovial fluid of the joint which on rupture can cause the sounds.
Pathological sounds can be due to arthritis and such causes which need to be examined by an Orthopedic Surgeon and investigated if thought to be from any pathology.
Kind regards
