Question: Hello Doctor, My Penis is hurt due to rubbing on penis head. 9 months back started pain while masturbation..but i continued...then after i lost erections...and i didn't do any masturbation...i got erections back exactly after 26 days...i kept quiet for 3 days and again i started masturbation after 2 times of masturbation i again lost erections...unfortunately i thought this is not due to masturbation and i continued masturbation nearly 2 months with out string erections....and i realized and opened my foreskin n cleaned it and it was thick black color two sides of the penis...new its been 6 months now the color slowly changed to gray..but still i fell little bit pain wen temperature is very cold... i have done all medical tests for erectile dysfunction,,everything is fine,,, Please suggest me doctor how ot heal this inflamtion n to get back penis normal.

Brief Answer: Cleanliness is very important for private organs Detailed Answer: Hi, Apologies for delay. You seem to had undergoing chronic superficial fungal infection because of ill hygiene. The change of color of the skin is reveersible if you continue to keep the area clean by washing twice a day (after masturbation) I do not recommend any medicine now unless you have other symptoms bothering like itching, pain and / or discharge. You can apply ALOEVERA gel once a day after bath in the morning. Erection has not to do with this problem you have. You seem to be more concerned that usual. Hence you were psychologically disturbed and not have proper erection. Once the color reverses you will get the erection back. Hope this answers.

Hello Doctor, Thanks for the suggestion.. I should apply ALOEVERA gel once a day at penis head right..not on penis foreskin..
