What Causes Peeling Up Of Skin On Chin,hands And Fingers?

Question: Hi, I've found strange areas on my chin, top of hands and fingers that has a red dot and is peeling all by it self.. Not sure what to think?! It's not itching or hurting. Scared and thinking the worst. Please help. Thanks!

I do have eczema on my hands but have been under alot of stress lately.. Could this be the cause of whats happening?
